Little Red Properties is a property investment and management company who specialise in managing Holiday lets, Airbnbs and HMO’s in Exeter. In addition to management services, we provide investment opportunities in the form of development projects with high returns for investors and sustainable quality homes as a result. We provide practically luxurious homes which improve the living experience for tenants and guests alike.
Jenna is a National Residential Landlord Association accredited landlord who is an expert in sustainability and circular economy. She uses these skills to add value in the form of sustainable buildings and also provides value to the occupiers in the form of lower energy bills from more efficient houses. She has maintained Superhost status for 5 years running and has 19 years experience in service based industries.
